The planned outcomes of each supported employment placement will be:

  • Increase in hours worked by each client towards the goal of 40 hours per week.
  • Frequent opportunities for each client to interact with non-disabled peers during the normal performance of the job and/or during breaks, lunch periods or travel to and from work.
  • Increase in wages of each client toward the goal of increased financial independence.
